ADDER C-USB-LAN is a powerful USB extender that allows you to place your critical computer hardware outside the user workstation while maintaining the original user desktop experience. It can transmit USB 2.0 over a single CATx cable or over a 1GbE IP network.

Features
USB 2.0
Allows connection of all USB user interface devices - from mice and keyboards to touch screens, graphics tablets, jog shuttles, joysticks and 3D explorers. Mass storage devices and isochronous devices such as webcams and headsets can also be used.
Transparent operation
Once connected, operation is completely transparent to the host system, USB peripherals and you, the user. No drivers need to be installed and your USB devices work exactly as before. The only difference is that they are now up to 100 meters away from the host. No drivers or software need to be installed.
Plug and Play
ADDER C USB LAN extenders are supplied in zero configuration state, so you can plug them in and start using them straight away. When supplied in pairs, they are already synchronised so they automatically locate themselves over your network.
Integrated AIM control
The C-USB LAN can be controlled and switched via the ADDERLink INFINITY Manager (AIM) or operated separately as a point-to-point USB extender with a single CATx cable length.
API
An API is available to support all functions that can be used to connect authorised third-party control systems.

With isochronous support, the C-USB LAN works with USB microphones and headsets as well as web cams.
