Features
Proof of display via IP network
The unit determines if the entire system is functioning properly and video is visible on the monitors. It can detect if there is video from the player and if the cables to the monitors are connected and the monitor is turned on. This information is available via an IP socket, allowing remote diagnostics and integration with content management systems.
Source failover
The unit can be set to detect that there is a video stream at the input. The unit can be set to automatically switch to the second video input if the primary one fails.
Security
Security on the web interface is provided by HTTP digest authentication (RFC 2617) with username and password as the requested information.
API for third-party integration
API documentation for controlling and receiving data from the unit is supplied with the system.

Supports 8 HDMI audio channels.
Perfect HD digital video
The ALDV104 uses an uncompressed video system where each frame is sent lossless at resolutions up to 1920 x 1200 at 60 Hz (WUXGA) including 1080p, 720p and 480p resolutions.
50 meters over a single CATx cable
Video, audio and power are transmitted over a single CATx cable, providing an extension of up to 50 metres. The distance may depend on the CATx cable types and the number of connection breaks for patch panels and wall plates. See the back cover for details.
Dual head extension
With two inputs, the system is suitable for extending and splitting dual-head systems.
Very energy efficient - no external power supplies are required
The receivers are designed to be very energy efficient, consuming less than one-eighth of the power required by competing systems. Power is supplied via the CATx cable, so the support infrastructure required is minimal.
EDID management
The system features intelligent EDID management, which allows the actual characteristics of the monitor to be fed back to the computer.
Plug and Play
The DV104T is shipped in zero configuration state, so you are plug-and-play ready. No additional drivers or software are required.
