As part of the ADDERLink X-DVI PRO range, the high performance digital KVM (keyboard, video and mouse) and USB extender X-DVI PRO-DL allows you to locate your critical computer hardware in a secure and temperature controlled environment. Uncompressed digital video and audio is distributed in real time and without latency over a dual link DVI video stream, allowing users to maintain a PC experience. The USB 2.0 interface ensures compatibility with a wide range of USB devices.

Audio
The system provides analogue stereo audio (line out). 8 HDMI audio channels are provided with sample sizes of 16, 20 or 24 bits at 32 kHz, 44.1 kHz, 48 kHz, 88.2 kHz, 96 kHz, 176.4 kHz or 192 kHz (simultaneously with the jack).
Approvals / Compliance
Recommended cables are CAT7 shielded, foil twisted pairs:
For each break / patch connection, reduce the distance by 5 m. Patch cables should preferably be of type CAT7a and less than 2 m long. Patch cables over 2 m must be CAT7a. The maximum extension distance for USB is 50 m, including connections to and from the X-DVI PRO DL, regardless of cable type. If a USB hub is connected to the RX unit, this is considered as 5 m cable length. This must be taken into account when planning your system.
CAT5e is not recommended for use with this system.
